While the world is Aye Auto (2024) EP 3 Hindi Web Seriespraying for peace and an end to the political controversy surrounding us, Donald Trump is busy praying for The Apprentice.

At Thursday morning's National Prayer Breakfast in D.C., President Trump kicked off the meaningful event in true Trump fashion... by discussing television ratings, of course.

He couldn't resist taking another jab at his Apprenticereplacement host, Arnold Schwarzenegger, by cracking a bizarre joke in the form of a prayer about ratings.

After noting his own "tremendous success" as the reality show's host, he called out the show's drop in ratings since Schwarzenegger took over.

"They hired a big, big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place, and we know how that turned out," Trump said at the Prayer Breakfast, for reasons no one could quite understand. "The ratings went right down the tubes. It’s been a total disaster," he went on, "and Mark will never ever bet against Trump again."

Then came the ridiculously inappropriate and untimely punchline: "I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings." He then laughed at his joke.

Following the joke, Schwarzenegger's spokesperson dropped a statement explaining the actor is also praying for Trump's presidential approval ratings, and hopes he will start "taking his job seriously and working inclusively." Burnnn.

But one burn wasn't enough. Schwarzenegger was so peeved at the president that he responded via video. "Hey Donald. I have a great idea, why don't we switch jobs?" he proposed with a smile. "You take over TV, because you're such an expert in ratings and then I take over your job. Then people can finally sleep comfortably again, hmm?"

After Schwarzenegger's season aired earlier this year, Trump was quick to trash his ratings.

Even back then Arnie took the high road. He provided him with a mature, slightly sassy comeback and a wise Abraham Lincoln quote for him to study in preparation for taking office.

No matter how many times The Donald fires insults, we have a feeling Schwarzenegger will alwaysbe back to shut him down.

Trump must have taken the night to sleep on the beef, because he awoke Friday morning and promptly tweeted a beautiful backhanded compliment to Schwarzenegger.

Trump stated the actor did a "really bad job" as both the Governor of California and star of The Apprentice, but threw him a tiny bone at the end of the insulting tweet by saying, "at least he tried hard."

How kind of you, Donald.
