The Brexit champion, Trump BFF and British politician was egged by a "youth" who apparently has a good eye, according to reports. The remarkably accurate hit came while he was in Stoke-on-Trent with UKIP leader Paul Nuttall ahead of a campaign event.

A local by-election has been called after a Labour parliament member resigned, leaving his seat up for grabs, bringing Farage and his supporters into town.

The egging comes as "parliament" is trending in the U.S. on Twitter. The Speaker of the UK's House of Commons said Monday that Trump wouldn't be allowed to address the country's parliament during his upcoming state visit.

Also not helping matters: an online petition against Trump's visit has garnered more than 1.8 million signatures.

As Trump's British-fueled opposition grows, Farage is probably pretty pleased he had that umbrella out at that moment.
